Refund policy
Returns
You can return your purchase for a full refund within 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please only send your return back to RubyLux when a RubyLux customer service representative tells you to do so.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed automatically.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet and 14 days have passed, please contact us at info@rubyluxlights.com.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: RubyLux, LLC, 10154 Forest Hill Circle, Manassas, VA 20110 (USA).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you live outside the United States, the time it may take for your package to reach RubyLux may be 6-8 weeks due to customs in your country and in the United States. If your return was approved by a customer service representative within the 60 day window, you will not be denied a refund for shipping delays.
