Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

2. Backorder and Presale items are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks from the time when they were ordered.

3. Any order shipped outside continental US must be processed by Customs. If you are not in the US it may take 6-8 weeks for the package to be delivered to you.  Unfortunately, we have no influence over that.

4. Tracking Packages: Automatic message with tracking number is emailed to you once the package is shipped. Please check your email and spam folder. Once the item is in-route USPS will not talk to the seller. If you need any information about the package please reach out to USPS. If the item was backordered and you have not received your tracking number the package was not shipped yet.

5. Each product listing has all the information on the product that we have. Getting familiar with the listing may speed up finding the answer.
