Frequently Asked Questions

1. If you would like to return or exchange a product, click here. 

2. Backorder and presale items are usually shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the date they were ordered.

3. Any order shipped outside the US must be processed by customs. If you are not in the US it may take up to 8 weeks for your package to be delivered to you, depending on how long your country's customs agency holds it. 

4. An automatic message with tracking number is emailed to you once the package is shipped. Please check your email and spam folder. If you need any information about the package please reach out to USPS, as they will not give us additional tracking information once they've picked the package up.

If the item was backordered and you have not received your tracking number, the package was not shipped yet.
