When Will RubyLux Ship My Order?

RubyLux ships over 95% of all orders (both U.S. and international) within 1 to 2 mailing days. Mailing days are all days that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) operates. 

Backorder and Presale items are usually shipped within 3-4 weeks from the time when they were ordered.

When Will I Receive My Order? (for U.S. Customers)

Over 95% of orders shipped to U.S. addresses with our Super Saver Free Shipping option are delivered in 5 mailing days or less after the order was placed. 

 

When Will I Receive My Order? (for Customers Outside the U.S.)

Delivery time for orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S. depends on how long the receiving country's customs agency holds the package. It is not unusual for customs agencies to hold, inspect and even open packages before releasing them to the national postal service for delivery. This process usually takes at least 2 weeks and may take up to 8 weeks. 

Please remember that in most countries, the country's customs agency has the right to hold packages as long as it wants and may also open the packages to inspect the contents. 

If your package is significantly delayed, contact your country's customs department to inquire about its status and when the package will be released. 

Any order shipped outside continental US must be processed by Customs. If you are not in the US it may take 6-8 weeks for the package to be delivered to you.  Unfortunately, we have no influence over that. 

Tracking Packages

Automatic message with tracking number is emailed to you once the package is shipped. Please check your email and spam folder. Once the item is in-route USPS will not talk to the seller. If you need any information about the package please reach out to USPS. If the item was backordered and you have not received your tracking number the package was not shipped yet.

Does RubyLux Ship Outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide, including Canada, Australia, Asia, Africa and the European Union countries.  To reduce the shipping costs for our international customers we ship using the least expensive method available to us which is usually the United States Post Office or GlobalPost.  The tracking number provided with all international orders can be tracked at USPS.com. 

Upon request we will gladly ship your order registered mail for a small additional fee. 

Also for a small additional charge we will provide insurance if requested in advance.  We recommend both of these options for high-dollar-value orders.  Prior to placing your order please contact us with requests for insurance or registered mail at info@rubyluxlights.com. 

A phone number and email address is required for all to avoid delays.
